A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Summary of Amendment 2
This amendment is about the rights to have a gun to be armed. It’s tells about that if you have the rights to be armed you cannot get pressed. On December 15, 1791, the congress gave the rights that people should be armed, and the law can’t press anybody that is armed.

This is about how the second amendment was valuable in San Francisco. Also There are two principle versions of the Second Amendment: one version was passed by Congress, while the other is found in the copies distributed to each individual state and later ratified by them

1)What did they mean, who did it serve and how was it supposed to serve the whole country?
It helped San Diego because it minimized the crime rate and it made the city safer.

The right to possess a gun helps people because it helps them defend themselves if they’re in trouble or someone is attacking them.

The guns can’t be removed from the people because it’s an amendment that you can own a gun. It can’t be changed.
