This is about how the second amendment was valuable in San Francisco. Also There are two principle versions of the Second Amendment: one version was passed by Congress, while the other is found in the copies distributed to each individual state and later ratified by them

As passed by the Congress:A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

1)What did they mean, who did it serve and how was it supposed to serve the whole country?

It helped San Diego because it minimized the crime rate and it made the city safer.

Comment: this answer is correct but need to be supported with evidence, but u answered the question.

2)Does the right to possess anything abrogate all other rights of civility, liberty and a peaceful life?

The right to possess a gun helps people because it helps them defend themselves if they’re in trouble or someone is attacking them.

Comment: this answer is good with good evidence from the video

    3) why can't the guns be removed for people could be safer?

The guns can’t be removed from the people because it’s an amendment that you can own a gun. It can’t be changed.

Comment: This answer is good but dont match with the question about why gun should not be allowed.
