Your mission is to undertake some research about electricity and how it works. You will earn points for each activity and your aim is to reach 100 points! Good luck and have fun!
Task
Here is the list of activities you can complete - remember you are aiming for 100 points!
- Read "Physics" on Reading eggs. Answer the questions. Go back and re-read page 22-23 and write down 5 things you learnt about electricity. (20 points)
- Play with circuits and conductors. Visit BBC Science Clips and play. (20 points)
- Explore electric ciruits by investigating at Electric Circuits. Which experiment did you enjoy the most? Which had the most surprising result? Share your opinion on your Class Edmodo page. (20 points)
- Judge which energy related artwork is your favourite and justify why. Find pictures at this Art Gallery. (20 points)
- Answer a quiz to see how much you have learnt! See if you can get most of the questions correct in this Electricity Quiz! (20 points)
Process
At each ICT lesson, you choose which activity to do. Make sure you collect evidence that you have completed each task and get your teacher to mark your work as finished.
