Amendment # 1

 Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

 

Summary

This amendment is saying that you have freedom you can say what you feel like. You can choose your religion and you can protest without being put to jail for saying what you feel like which is freedom of speech.

                 What is the Second Amendment?

 

  The second amendment protects the rights of individual the right to keep in bear arms.

 

         What is the reason this right was created and how has it affected everyday life?          The second amendment was created like other amendments to the federal   government and applied against the states. The second amendment has affected everybody life because it can protect people fro violence under weapons like guns being carried around.

         What problems surrounded this amendment?

Problems that surrounded this amendment are like the case there talking about McDonald versus Chicago. The problem was about gun control that there going to discuss on supreme court.
