Students will read the teacher-provided online material about four reading strategies: Predicting, Annotation, Making Connections, Using Context Clues.

 

As you read, think about:

1) what each strategy means,

2) why it is useful,

3) and how readers use these strategies to understand a text better.

Take notes about the important ideas and examples.

 

Lastly, check your understanding through a simple quiz.
