Introduction

 —Hi group leaders, when How to teach calming strategies to a business  are going all chaotic with your team. How do you maintain being calm and gaining solutions? 

 

Task

Team leaders will accomplish how to manage things and how to lead people. 

Process
  1. Watch & Learn – Students review a short video or article on calming strategies (breathing, pausing, emotional control in leadership).
  2. Reflect – Write 3–4 sentences about how they currently react under pressure in a team setting.
  3. Identify Strategies – Choose at least 3 calming techniques (ex: deep breathing, stepping away, reframing thoughts).
  4. Apply to Business Scenario – Read a sample workplace conflict and explain how they would stay calm and lead the team using those strategies.
  5. Create a Mini Plan – Develop a simple “Calm Leadership Plan” with steps they would use in real situations.
Evaluation

I am expected the group of team leaders to lead with integrity. To have the mindset of asking others to do that of which they would be willing to do themselves. Being out of order creates chaos and tension in environments. 

Conclusion

In this lesson, you learned how staying calm as a leader helps you think clearly, guide your team, and solve problems effectively. Strong leaders don’t react, they respond with control and intention. These calming strategies can now be used in real business situations to build confidence, trust, and better outcomes.
