Introduction
Ever wondered how to write a clear text message to a friend, introduce yourself confidently to new classmates, or understand signs in English around your community? In this WebQuest, you’ll become an 'English Explorer' as you learn and practice basic skills that you can use every single day! By the end, you’ll be able to communicate better in English both in school and outside.
Task
You will create a "My English Toolkit" – a digital or printed booklet that includes:
- A personal introduction paragraph (with your name, hobbies, and goals)
- 5 common English phrases for daily conversations (with Tagalog translations and examples of when to use them)
- A short paragraph describing your favorite school subject (using correct punctuation and spelling)
- A simple poster or infographic showing 3 rules for writing clear sentences
You will also record a 1-minute audio clip of yourself reading your personal introduction aloud.
