Introduction

I will be planning out a great way to hire great candidates for your company by allowing you to follow this rubric during hiring processes! This will be a great rubric to go by and help you pick the best candidates for the positions your company has available! 

Task

Each recruiter will assigned to focus on the role’s impact rather than just tasks to attract high-quality talent. Observe each candidate communication skills! Also to utilize consistent, skills-based interviews to evaluate candidates objectively.

Process

In this process it’ll help each recruiter to hire the best candidates for each position that they’re hiring for! Following these steps will help expand your workspace but with disciplined, motivated, and effective candidates for the job! 

Evaluation

Did the candidate meet the criteria for the job? Did the candidate have great communication skills? Did the candidate seem to be effective during the interview? 

Conclusion

This overall experience will help each recruiter to hire the best candidates for each position without worrying if they have a reliable worker! Did their resumes align with the information that was given during the interview? Did you also challenge the candidate to see if they were a good match for the position ?
