Systems of Government

Introduction

How do different systems of government maintain power? You're about to find out! Today you will research a few different examples of governments. These will include; democracy, communism, imperialism, fascism, monarchism, and republicanism.

After seeing how each system functions you will choose ONE and create your own one-pager. Your one-pager will include a paste or drawing of what you think the leader(s) look like and words, events, or ideas associated with the system.

By the end of this activity, you will have a deeper understanding of the political systems that govern societies and how they are able to function.
