Climate change is one of the biggest challenges facing our world today. Stronger typhoons, rising global temperature and other phenomenon affect our daily lives. In this Webquest, you will become an environmental researcher tasked with understanding climate change, its causes and possible solutions. By the end of this activity you will help educate others on how we can protect our planet for future generations.

Your task is to work in groups and create a digital infographic or short presentation that explains:

  • What climate change is

  • The main causes of climate change

  • Its effects on people, animals, and the environment

  • Practical solutions that individuals and communities can do

Your final output will be presented to the class.

Process
  1. Form a group of 3–4 members.

  2. Assign roles (researcher, writer, designer, presenter).

  3. Explore the given websites to gather information about climate change.

  4. Take notes on important ideas, images, and data.

  5. Organize your information into clear sections (definition, causes, effects, solutions).

  6. Create your infographic or presentation using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.

  7. Review your work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and creativity.

  8. Present your output to the class.
