Digital addiction is coming as a serious threat to adolescents today.
Teenagers spend an average of more than six hours a day on digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. This overuse leads to a lack of sleep, lack of exercise, a break in face-to-face relationships, and so on. As the use of digital devices increases, teenagers become more immersed in the online world than in reality.
The World Health Organization (WHO) officially classified game addiction as a mental health disease and acknowledged its seriousness. This shows that digital addiction is not just a habit, but a problem that needs treatment.
You must know the seriousness of digital addiction and find the right way to use it because the society where you will live will further develop in the future.

As I mentioned above, digital addiction has became worldwide, global problem, and it causes various problems such as poor thinking
ability, declining sociability, and overdependence. But also there' declining 'creativity' problem, which is one of the most important ability for children.
Through writing lyrics based on the K-pop and pop songs that you are interested in, you can investigate and study what's the definition of digital addiction, effects and solution yourselves. Also, you can understand seriousness of this problem while having self-diagnosing time. In addition, beyond enhancing creativity, we can expect to learn vocabulary and writing skills happily, with interest without feeling boring in activities.
