Introduction
🧑🏻🏫Students today often have very busy schedules filled with classes, homework, and activities. Because of this, many skip meals, eat fast food, or choose snacks that are quick but not very healthy. These habits can lead to low energy, poor focus, and even long-term health problems.😕
Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult. By learning how to make better food choices, students can feel better, think more clearly, and stay strong both in school and in life.😆 Eating the right foods helps the brain work well, improves memory, and even helps with mood. This WebQuest will help you explore what a healthy diet looks like, especially for people your age.
You will discover simple ways to improve your meals, avoid unhealthy habits, and plan better snacks and lunches. You’ll also learn one easy recipe that you can make on your own — no special skills or expensive ingredients needed!
Task
In this WebQuest, your mission is to create a “Student’s Guide to Healthy Eating.” 🍏🥦🥝🍓🌽🥗
This guide will help students your age learn how to make smart food choices in a simple, fun, and useful way.
You can choose one of these formats:
➡️A colorful poster with tips and visuals
➡️A brochure with sections on snacks, meals, and recipes
➡️A short PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation
➡️A simple video (if your group likes to be creative!)
Your guide must include:
🥦Why healthy eating matters for students
🥦Examples of healthy and unhealthy foods
🥦One simple recipe that students can try at home
🥦Easy tips to eat healthier during school days
🥦Images or drawings to make it look fun and clear
At the end, you’ll share your guide with the class or post it on the classroom wall. Your goal is to teach others how to eat better — and maybe learn something new for yourself too! 😁
