Introduction

Task

Your challenge is to work in teams to research different components of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. You will create a weekly fitness plan that includes a variety of exercises targeting these areas. Finally, you will present your plan to the class in a creative way, such as a video, poster, or interactive demonstration.

Process
  1. Research: Explore resources about the five components of fitness. Take notes on the benefits and examples of exercises for each component.

  2. Team Discussion: Share your findings with your group and decide how to structure your fitness plan.

  3. Design Your Plan: Create a balanced workout routine for a full week. Be sure to include warm-ups, cool-downs, and a mix of exercises.
