Introduction
To begin, I will define the meaning of an overhand throw. An overhand throw is a throwing motion where the object is propelled forward with the hand and arm moving above the shoulder. Students will go through a series of tasks for student success of a proper overhand throw.
Task
The task for students will be for them to practice the proper fundamentals for an overhand throw.
Process
The way the process will work is the students will have a partner, and they will do a proper overhand throw to one another, and they will both give feedback to one another. I will be around the gym giving feedback to each student.

Evaluation
For the evaluation it will be a rubric assessment going over the proper process for an overhand throw. Each student will have two opportunities to get a better score.
Rubric: Score 1-5

Teacher Page
My goal as an upcoming physical education teacher is to show students the proper fundamentals of an overhand throw. The students will go through a series of steps for them to gain the tools and knowledge for a proper overhand throw. This will expand the student's cognitive ability and range of motion through learning the overhand throw correctly.
