With Christ in my vessel, I will smile at the storm. Hello! My name is Traleisha Browning, a 25 years old Teacher at the Happy Grove High School in East Portland. I have a Bachelors Degree in Customs Processes, Freight Forwarding and Immigration and currently doing my Post Graduate Diploma in Education at the College of Agriculture, Science and Education. I started teaching in September of 2023 where I decided I want to further my studies and help children to learn. Here at Happy Grove, I teach Social Studies and History. My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process and are encouraged to take risks and explore new ideas. This WebQuest is part of Technology Integration in the Classroom, a course that’s mainly educating us on how to incorporate the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. I created this WebQuest to provide students with an opportunity to explore the concept of family in a more in-depth and interactive way. By completing this WebQuest, students should demonstrate their understanding of the complexities of family relationships and dynamics. In conclusion, I strive to do whatever task is assigned to me to the best of my ability so the teaching and learning process can be smooth. Thank you.
