Every day, animals around the world face the risk of extinction. Human activities such as deforestation, pollution, and climate change are affecting wildlife and their habitats. In this WebQuest, you will become conservationist with a mission to learn about endangered species, and understand why they are at risk and create an action plan to help protect them
Task
Your team will research one endangered species, learned about its habitat, the reason it is endangered and current conservation efforts. you will then create a presentation for a virtual wildlife conference to share your findings and propose a plan to help protect your chosen species. Your presentation can be a slide deck, poster, video, or infographic.

Divide into groups of 3-4. each team will select an endangered species from a list provided by your teacher or choose another species with approval.
