Sustainable Living for Early Elementary and Upper Elementary

Keeping Earth healthy is very vital for the world to survive. Earth Health is maintained through the use of earth's resources wisely without taking too much of them. Therefore, children are introduced to the term "sustainibility". They will learn sustainable ways that they can do at home to take care of Earth, and they will invent their own sustainable machine. 

By going through the quest: you will learn what are Earth's resources and engage in sustainable activities that help save Earth's resources, document them and also explore on your own a new sustainable measure

Part One: Research

After completing this webquest, children will be able to understand the importance of the term "sustainibility". They will also acquire the skill of invention and problem solving as they examine strategies that help save and harvest resources, such as the water collection model they will build.

I am highly interested in sustainable and environmental architecture, by relying on nature to dictate my design. I enjoy educating people about Architecture, because it is not highly integrated in our Lebanese program. I would like students to think of architecture as a machine, not as a static object that can have a huge effect on Earth. I also like to design architecture that helps poor and vulnerable communities.
