Introduction
People in Europe speak many different languages. We will explore the many different families of languages, as well as the... less succesful ones, that have died out.
Most of these languages belong to three large groups or ‘families’: Germanic, Slavic and Romance, but these are, of course, not the only ones.

Conclusion
Even though languages may die out, this happens more often than you think! A language dies approximately every 2 weeks, and new ones are created. Languages are like living organisms, they are born, they evolve and they die. However, that won't happen to your language.. right?
Language and human dignity are inherently linked. Respecting all peoples, languages and cultures is importnant, and we hope we shed some light on that issue for you.
