Task
Research on your own and with your table partner about Labor Day. Start with remembering what you already know (Because you are all smart cookies) talk with your table partner and help each other out. Then use the links provided here to finish completing your graphic organizer. There are 2 links one is a read aloud and one is a website with a small ungraded quiz to help you learn even more at the end.
Process
1) Complete KW side on your chart by yourself then turn to your table partner and share you answers
2) Write definition to: UNION - STRIKE - LABOR, draw a picture to go with it.
3) Listen on your own to this Read Aloud about Labor Day
