Introduction

In this course, students will be taught to explore the world of numbers and money, and learn basic concepts about numbers and money together. Numbers are an integral part of daily life, and learning how to use and understand them will help students better understand dealing with money and calculations.

Process

 

1. Introduction to Numbers and Money (20minutes):

   - Introduce the topic of numbers and money by showing images of numbers and various coins or bills. Ask students what they already know about numbers and money.

2. Number Recognition (15minutes):

   - Use number cards or images to teach students to recognize and identify numbers. This can include practice with numbers 1 to 20 to help students become familiar with different digits.

3. Coin Counting Activity (15 minutes):

   - Distribute small denominations of coins to students and have them practice counting and comparing quantities. Organize group or pair activities to encourage peer assistance.

4. Shopping Game(30minutes):

   - Set up a simple shopping scenario where students use play money to purchase small items (e.g., toys or stationery). This helps them understand the purpose and value of money.

5. Number Comparison and Sorting(10 minutes):

   - Have students practice arranging numbers in order of size or comparing the sizes of numbers. Use interactive games or cards for this activity.

6. Conclusion and Review(10 minutes):

   - Summarize the knowledge learned today, emphasizing the importance of numbers and money. Encourage students to share their experiences and insights.
