Have you ever wondered why someone is famous? Why were they significant to history? That is exactly what we will be focusing on in our research today! Research is the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions. We will be researching various facts about your chosen significant historical figure.

Task

Your job is to research one famous person to learn more about his/her life. You will use internet resources and a biography from the library to find out what they did and why they are significant to history. You will use this webquest as a starting point for your research. Research is the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
