Introduction
Mathematics is a very cool subject. Mathematics helps us to understand the world using numbers, from counting numbers to solving equations, Mathematics is everywhere. Mathematics is the foundation for many scientific and technological advancements. there is always something new in this subject, for example "if you are someone who likes geometry, there is always something different in that same course called geometry that you have never heard of or seen before. Mathematics is all about critical thinking and time management.
Today we will be focusing on properties of a rectangle.
Task
Students will be placed in groups of five, each group will be given a blank leaf to fold in halves, based on that activity we will derive on the property that we will be doing for that session.
Process
Students will be asked to make a poem based on the activity they had done with the blank leaves and the word "DIAGONAL" must be in it.
Evaluation
Students will be asked to log on to quizzezz games, where this will conclude the lesson for the day.
