Today, we're jumping into the world of effective communication. It is the key component for healthy relationships, success in school, and so much more. When we communicate effectively it builds trust and understanding.
Step 2: Overview:
Now we need to gain some insight on words that will help you understand communication better. Some of these words include:
Clarity- Being direct and clear
Respect- Showing consideration
Listening- Acknowledgment of what you are being told
Tone- How you express yourself or your message
Timing- Knowing when to speak up and how to pace yourself
Feedback- Sharing your thoughts
These are your tools to enhance your communication skills to the fullest.
Step 3: Interactive:
Now it's your turn! Pick a word from one of our keywords and create a sentence using it. Although you are online, your creativity can still shine.
Step 4: Reflect:
Time to show off your sentence! Share it on the discussion board or wherever your online learning space is. Let's talk about how you used the word.
Step 5: Closing:
We've covered the basics of effective communication. We now understand our key words clarity, respect, listening, tone, timing, and feedback. Now, it is time to complete your online worksheet attached in module one. Your goal is to reach an 80% success rate. Use your online resources, and show off everything you have learned today.

Process: In the world of online learning, getting the hang of effective communication is pretty key. It's not just about acing assignments, it's beneficial for teamwork and making your mark in the digital scene, both academically and beyond.
*The new tool I will be using in my classroom is Youtube, I will show the students the video so they can gain more insight.
