Introduction

Today, I am talking about the roles of teachers and principal and their impact on educational assistant job efficiency. Teachers and Principals are responsible to support and guide educational assistants to perform successfully. They are not only building the role of education assistant but also are responsible for guidance and supervision. These are the main characters to build a constructive education system within the school and classroom. especially, teachers and education assistants need to work together to reach the highest potential within the team. Both educational assistants and teachers need to respect that everyone has specific skills and training that qualify them for the job. Principals can lead by example modeling collaborative practices, open communication, hard work and a commitment to improvement and growth in education profession. 

Task

The teacher, Principal, and education assistant work together as a team to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for students. This collaboration includes regular communication about student progress, curriculum implementation, and classroom management strategies. Research has shown that a supportive and collaborative culture can significantly impact student achievement and well-being. The Principal and teacher collaborate on new plans strategies and programs, they are more likely to be effectively implemented by the entire school community. Therefore, teachers are responsible for assigning duties for educational assistants and communication, sharing strategies and teamwork to strengthen the relationship between teacher and EA and more importantly provide a positive and motivational environment for EA and everyone. Educational assistants work with dedication if they have a good and cooperative working environment. It also produces a healthy educational system for student's emotional development.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the Teacher, Principals and Education Assistants relationship is an essential component of running the school environment seamlessly. By continually coordination and improving this relationship, teachers and principals both can lead and supervise educational assistants successfully and produce success and growth in educational system for all. Especially, Principals are the main leaders who guide the teachers and teachers usually provide guidelines to educational assistants. Therefore, teachers and principals work as a partner in the learning and education system and supervise EA to achieve the goals in developing education. In order to get the most out of their staff, principals must establish relationship with teachers and EA that are time-tasted and solid.
