The essential nutrients are a vital part of a healthy mind and body.  They help to keep your body in good working order, and illness and disease free, while supplying you with enough energy to perform daily activities.  Think about the nutrients you have heard before and what do you already know about them? Do you want to experience hair loss, fatigue, shortness of breath, bone pain or your wounds to heal slowly? Follow along on this webquest to learn more about how essential nutrients can keep you healthy and feeling your best!
