Go foods provide the body with energy to be active. Examples of go foods include bread, rice, pasta, cereals and potatoes.

Grow foods help build our body's bones, teeth and muscles. Examples of grow foods include chicken, meat, fish, milk, cheese and eggs.

Glow foods help the body to fight infections and keep the eyes, skin and bones healthy.
