2. Give the advantages and disadvantages of a public company.

4. outline the factors that must be considered in a process of choosing ownership .

step 1 : List all the differences that you have learnt about sole trader and partnership.
step 2 : Write the positives and negatives of a public company .
step 3 : Explain using your perception about the strategies that have to be considered when choosing a type of ownership.
step 4 : List the 7 forms of ownership (e.g sole trader, partnership,close corporation etc)
