You have just been hired by as a technology analyst with an insurance company. They are looking to update their desktop computers. Your first task there is to design and get the cost of updating the companies computers. A total of 100 computers are needed.

Scenario
You need to work with the members of the tech team to create a cost analysis spreadsheet as well as a recommendation letter for your boss. You will then present your findings and explain your proposal.
Before starting here is a link to help you out with some of the knowledge needed. As a group, watch the video and then assigned roles for your project.

You group will include a total of 3 individuals with an assigned role (see below roles):
Role 1: Builder
The responsibility of this person is to decide what parts are needed if building the PC is the best option. They will also need to give the cost to the person making the spreadsheet.
Role 2: Shopper
The role of this person is to research and find PCs that would work best for the company rather than building the PC.
Role 3: Analyst
The responsibility of this person is to take the data from the Builder and the Shopper and put that into a spreadsheet and compare the results.
