Task

I want you to create a classroom exhibit. Your exhibit will include a poster showing classroom objects needed to fill the class.

As junior organizer, it will be your job to research classroom objects and create the exhibit. Remember, your main goal is to find important, useful things that are needed for the class.

Process

Step 1 - Learn some classroom vocabulary.

Make sure you know the meanings of some words related to classroom objects. Click on School Objects FOR KIDS|School supplies Vocabulary - book, pen, pencil - поиск Яндекса по видео (yandex.ru) and watch the video. Watch again and repeat the words.

Now click on Англо-русский словарь (онлайн). (wooordhunt.ru)to check the meaning of the words.

Step 2 - Search the words.

Step 3 - Create a crossword.

Go to Crossword Puzzle Maker | World Famous from The Teacher's Corner (theteacherscorner.net) and create a crossword. Print out your puzzle and trade your puzzle with a classmate to see how well you know these words.

Step 4 - Choose a classroom object and describe it in terms of colour and shape to your classmates.

You only need to choose one of the objects.

Step 5 - Make a poster in pairs and make a story with it.

You will be given a card with the names of school objects. Make a poster in Canva на русском — бесплатная онлайн-платформа для дизайна and bring it to the class exhibition.

Vocabulary Puzzle
