Federal Budget in the U.S. Department of Education (2) + (3) and what other departments contribute

Around almost $79 billion a year is provided from the federal government to primary through secondary education programs. Some huge programs are No Child Left Behind which was provided with $15 billion in the year 2014, and IDEA Special Education State Grants which had more than $11 billion in the same year.  Other ways they provide funding is towards the Department of Agriculture that provides funding for school nutrition programs, Department of Health and Human Services, the Head Start Program, and even the Department of Labor. Including the rest of the school years that kids are required to have under their wings will total to around $700 billion from the federal, state, and local governments.

Teacher's Influence and effectiveness (8) + (9)

The influence that teachers bring to our schools and how they are running is bringing their hands-on experiences to provide their personal insight that can guide in a way that the leaders of the schools cannot. Having a teacher that continuously has the ongoing expertise on how students could be doing better or having improvements in ways others could not see unless they are in a classroom constantly active with students helps with using their knowledge to set new rules, begin to change the bad and creating more good for themselves and their students.
