Introduction

What would you like to do or be when you graduate from school? Have you ever wondered what career path you want to follow? And what job would you like to have? I am sure that you have changed your mind many times and it will happen again in the future. Do you know what is your interest right now? Let's research and get prepared to interview for a job in your dream career!

Task

Choose a career of your interest and research it. Find what are the steps you need to take go get there and  make a note with the information gathered

In this note, you need to outline the steps someone in high school must take to get a job in that career. In the note, you need to include the schools and extracurricular activities needed.

Finally, you will prepare a resume and attend a mock interview for an internship in the career of your choice. Let's see if you get the job!

 

Process

1. Choose a career of your interest:

2. Research the steps you need to take to obtain a degree in this career at the school of your choice:

  • Bachelors
  • Masters
  • Doctorate

3. Make a note outlining the steps needed to obtain the degree chosen:

  • you can you MS Word or a different program to do this

4. Prepare a resume

5. Prepare for a mock job interview for an internship in the area you have chosen

  • you can ask your friends to help you
