To get a closer look at Welsh Christmas food, I've created a WebQuest for you. I'll give you 3 tasks (all information is on the links) which will help you to know more about  Welsh Christmas dishes, sayings and traditions. After I suggest you to do the crossword puzzle to fix everything you have learned. Only rule you'll have is to have fun during your assignment!

Evaluation

 

No matter how you worked in a group, pairs or alone (if you worked with someone the mark will be the same for all of you) your performance will be evaluated by several criteria:

Careful study of information and the ability of convey it to others

 

Learning new words 

The ability to understand words by ear and translate them

The ability to talk about several traditions, as well as pointing out similarities and differences from the traditions of their country

Conclusion

Congratulations!!! Now you are more familiar with the Welsh Xmas traditions. For Christmas you can cook some Welsh food for your family and share what you learned with your friends. In the end, you expended your horizons, because studying the traditions of another country opens up a different world for you!
