Introduction

 

Have you ever wondered what it felt like to look up in the night sky and see the moon?

Higher than the birds and further than the moon, whole fascinating objects spin in outer space.

There are many interesting things to learn about the solar system. Let’s explore!

 

 

 

Task

We will learn about the solar system including the planets and sun in this Web Quest.

Process

Step 1: Divide the students into four to five groups. Every student will require a  notebook and a pencil.

 

Step 2: In their Notebooks, each group will  write notes from his own understanding while he watching video.

Step 3: Have each group write a paragraph describing what they learned and what they liked best about this class.

Evaluation

Student will be evaluated using the following

How much is the sun wider than the earth?

If we live without the sun; how will be the shape of life?

Which is the hottest planet in the solar system?

Which one of the planets that scientists think that people could live there with special equipment ?

Write the names of the 8 planets in our solar system.

 

Conclusion

Our mission is complete, so welcome back to Earth! I understand that we never truly left the classroom, yet. Who can say they had a good time doing this? We discovered the planets and how many there are and some information about the solar system.
