INTRODUCTION: effective communication is more than just exchanging information, it consists of elements to appropriately convey the meaning behind the message, completely transfer the message without any ambiguous factor, as well as the fact that you need to listen to what is being said in order to make the other person feel comfortable and understood. All of which can be accomplished by the the major communication influences: Clearness, Conciseness, Concreteness, Correctness, coherence , Completeness, Courteousness.
Task
TASK: clearly speaking, you need to clarify the elements mentioned in the introductory paragraph, explain the role of the context and sender to achieve an effective communication, and try to provide us with a personal experience where the sender failed to convey the message
