Process
How to apply Hot Seat Strategy :
Firstly, the students should be classified into groups.
Then, the new lesson paragraphs should be distributed to each single group. Since every group has to understand the gist of their paragraphs.
Furthermore, every group has to be ready to be asked by the other groups.
Lastly, each group has to choose one girl to set in the hot seat and answer the group’s questions.
Evaluation
Each group will be graded based on the following criteria :
1- The number of questions they made.(5 points)
2- The creativity at creating the questions. (5 points)
3- The collaboration within each group. (5 points)
4- The ability of answering the group’s questions. (5 points)
Conclusion
To summarize what we have done so far:
Each group has been assigned to write questions for the other groups. Then, each group chose one student to set on the hot seat and answer the group’s questions.
