To buy a brand-new shoe you decided to be a tour guide to gain more money.  The travel agency calls you that you were accepted to be a part-time tour guide and guide in  some famous city. You were excited because you would get money and travel at the same time.

Task

Pair with your friend, and make a video of you performing tour guide with these steps:

• Choose a city (Paris, Singapore, London, Bali, Rome, or Bangkok)

• Make sure you know the city you choose

• Wear the same costume as your partner

• Prepare some photos of tourist attractions from the city you have chosen (make sure  the photos have a resolution above 720p or 1280x720).

• Set the photo you got as the background when performing tour guide; you can use  greenscreen for the best option.

• Prepare a travel route from the photos that you have chosen.

• Make sure you record in a quiet environment so that your voice can be heard clearly.

• After you are ready, record yourself doing a tour guide with above 720p resolution.

Each group must speak constantly and equally. Your tour guide must be in 5-10 minutes.

#1 Understanding the tour guide

Before doing, make sure you understand what a tour guide is and how to do a tour guide. Visit  this link to find out what a tour guide is https://www.careerexplorer.com/careers/tour guide/ After understanding it, check out the following link of virtual tour guiding example  video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5X-Wu6xy9xQ.

#2 Research the city

A tour guide must understand the city they will guide, so you must understand the city you  choose; below are the links to several cities that have been arranged:

• Paris (https://www.cometoparis.com/paris-guide/what-to-do-in-paris-s938 )

• Singapore (https://www.planetware.com/tourist-attractions/singapore-sin.htm)

• London (https://www.visitlondon.com/things-to-do/sightseeing/london-attraction/top-ten-attractions

• Rome (https://romesite.com/attractions.html

• Bali (https://www.planetware.com/tourist-attractions-/bali-ina-b-b.htm)

• Bangkok (https://www.planetware.com/tourist-attractions-/bangkok-tha-bk-b.htm)

After understanding what a tour guide is and the city you will be guiding, determine your travel  route to keep your guide on track

#3 Record your tour guiding

After you have understood all the models, it's time to prepare photos as tour guiding materials.  You can use https://www.picjumbo.com to find images with good image quality or  https://www.google.co.id/imghp. Now, after the material is ready and you are already wearing  the same costume, take your camera and start recording your tour guide activities; you can use  a green screen to make it easier for you to edit the background. For video editing software, you  can use Filmora at https://download.wondershare.net/filmora-idco_full1901.exe for direct  download or use the application you usually use for video editing.

When performing a tour guide, make sure you:

• introduce yourself

• improvise your speaking

• interact with your partner and your viewer

The time is yours, so make sure you give your best performance.
