Take a Trip to Space!

Introduction

In this WebQuest, you will be learning and doing something a little different! We have been learning about the atmosphere, weather, and space technology used to measure these phenomenons. Today we will be exploring space! Spaceships, planets, and the milky way itself!

Task

For this activity, you will explore the links below to learn and investigate space.

This activity can be done with minimal supervision because it is an introduction to new material.

Process
  1. Students will follow links to complete activities.
  2. Students will also read the articles attached to help develop a better understanding of the concepts.
  3. Students will be asked to do a "finishing up" activity to express how they felt about this type of lesson and for them to ask any possible questions.

Conclusion

I hope you all enjoyed learning about the solar system, spaceships, and how our solar system formed! I want you to write a reflection on how you think these activities went. Did you understand the material? Would you like to go over this information in a different way? Did you enjoy this type of lesson?
