On day one, Students will be introduced briefly about the solar system but will only target the nine planets in this lesson. Students will first be introduced with a YouTube video on the planets of the solar system and will then get some background information followed by vocabulary. Day two and three will consist of reviewing what was taught by giving an oral assignment to observe if students are comprehending what it expected of them. Students will then get to do a activity on creating there own picture book labeling the different planets in the solar system. They will also be able to soon be able to build those planet out of recycled material given to them or either brought in. The lesson will end with students reviewing everything they learned about the solar system and dressing as the planet they found interesting to learn about. As a summative assessment, they have to give me one fact on there paper that they learned this week on the Solar System. https://youtu.be/Qd6nLM2QlWw
