Introduction

Today's lesson is about a Friendly letter.

A friendly letter is a letter that one writes to friends or family members or any other close relatives.

The learners will be able to write a letter. 

They will be able to know what a friendly letter looks like.

They  will be able to identify components of a friendly letter.

Task

For this task you will Write a friendly letter to your friend in Cape town who is about to start his/her grade 12 trial exams, wish them luck.

Your letter should include: 

- A cover page with your name and Surname, your class, the submission date. 

- A detailed address on the right top of the paper, followed by a date.

- A  salutation.

- An introduction.

- A body.

- A conclusion.

-And an ending.

- The letter should be be a minimum of one page 

- A word count at the end of your letter. Put it in brackets.
