Introduction
Do you know what animals live in the ocean? Try and come up with at least five animals that live in the ocean.
Today you will be learning about different animals that live in the ocean.
Task
You will be creating notecards about five different animals. The notecards will have a picture of the animal with three interesting facts about each animal.
Process
1. I will read the book about animals out loud to the class. After I read it out loud, you will get your own copy of the book to use during the assignment.
2. You will then be given five notecards. On the front of the notecard should be a colorful drawing of each animal. On the back of the notecard should be three interesting facts you learned from reading the book.
3. Each notecard must be colorful and have complete sentences.

Conclusion
You know will know interesting facts about five different animals that live in the ocean!
Think about how different each animal is, even though they all live in the ocean. All animals are extremely different, which makes them all super unique!
