Conclusion

In case you weren't exactly sure how the process of employment worked, you should be now.

There are several processes that take place when you apply for a job and even after you get the job. These factors consider the process of becoming employed, your rights as an employee and an employer, what you are entitled to as an employee and an employer, and how to function in your work environment as an employee and as an employer.

There are several key terms you need to be familiar with as a professional in the making, I hope you have stored in your memory as they will come in handy very soon. (wink).

As a teacher, I chose this topic as the learners are now in their final year of High school and the processes discussed in this lesson will become a reality in their lives very soon. This means that soon, if not already, the learners will enter a working environment for the same time. This topic will prepare the learners for the inevitable, becoming employed. For many of the learners, they will not know what to expect when this process takes place as soon as they matriculate.

Hopefully this lesson will have prepared them for more than just the exam.
