Introduction
Good day learners. Welcome to your Life Sciences webquest. Today we will take a quest and explore on the web to discover Cells the basic units of life how they are structured and how they function .We will also discover the role of cell organelles and finally how plant and animal cells share similarities and how they differ.
Task
For this task you are required to work in groups of 4 learners per group. You will work as groups to collect information from the web to complete your task in which you have to create either a poster, a power point presentation or an essay to present your new found information which answers questions such as what are cells made up of? What structural functions do cells have? What are the differences and similarities between plant and animal cells?
Process
Use the provided links below to assist yourselves to find the information you are looking for.In your groups, while you work together to gather information, have a scribbler who will write your collected information on your science note book. This will help you to save time.
