Introduction
Hello Students, Are you excited to learn about the teeth? Do you know what the teeth is? Well, the teeth are the hard, white, bony structures growing in rows in the jaws of people or some animals. The roots of the teeth are covered by gums. Teeth are used for biting, chewing and to help us to speak clearly. Do you know that there are different types of teeth? Do you know where these teeth are located? Do you know that they all have different roles and functions? How about we taking you on a journey to learn about the teeth and its function. Lets get right into it.

In this web-quest, you will learn about the teeth. I know that you would like to know more about the teeth. Therefore, you are going to watch a video attentively and do the following tasks.
Task 1: Write down the different types of teeth.
Task 2: Write where these types of teeth are located.
Task 3: Write the roles and function of the different types of teeth.
Process
Step 1: This video will give students information on the different types of teeth and their functions. Take your notebooks out, Watch the video below carefully and write down the types off teeth, their functions and where they are located.
Step 2: Once you have completed watching the video and written your information down, a discussion will be done. we will discuss the types of teeth, function and their location. There are four main types of teeth namely: Incisors, Canines, Premolar and Molar. Your incisors are eight teeth in the front center of your mouth whereas four is on both bottom and top, your canines are the next teeth that develop in your mouth. You have four of them and they are your sharpest teeth, used for tearing apart food, Premolars are used for tearing and crushing food. Unlike your incisors and canines, premolars have a flat biting surface. You have eight premolars in total, your molars are your largest teeth. Their function is similar to that of the premolars, to grind, tear, and crush food. Molars have a large flat biting surface which makes them perfect for this job ( Rideau Dental Center, 2016).

Conclusion
Your teeth are one of the strongest parts of your body. They’re made from proteins such as collagen, and minerals such as calcium. Your teeth are essential for biting and grinding up food. You also need your teeth to help you speak clearly. While your teeth are solidly built, they won’t last a lifetime unless you take care of them ( Healthline, 2005).
