3rd Grade History Webquest

Introduction

Have you ever wondered if the information you read online is reliable? Today you will be reviewing web pages to see what resources are reliable for history educational purposes.

Task

Process

You will need to read the reliable source article and explore the website. To identify the source as reliable you will need to see if they are able to be changed by someone else, see who the articles authors were, and see where the sources came from.

Evaluation

What makes an article reliable and why is it reliable or unreliable? I will be evaluating your responses. If you have completed the assignment you will receive 10/10 points. We will review your answers during class to see what everyone thought and your explainations.

Conclusion

You should have a sense of what websites can be used and what sites are unreliable. You need to use reliable sources when you are completing an assignment.
