Step 1) Go to the follow website:

Step 2) Clink on "When Does Anxiety Become a Problem?". Read the section.
Step 3) Scroll down and like on Next: Fight-Flight-Freeze. Watch the video about fight-flight-freeze.
Step 4) Click on Where does Anxiety Come From? Read the section.
Step 5) Click on Next: Life Experiences. Read the section.
Step 6) Click on Next: Worrisome Thoughts. Read the section.
Step 7) Scroll down the page near the bottom to find the "MindShift CBT" section. Click on it and read the section about this app that is available.
Step 8) Go to the following website:
Step 9) Clink on the section (at the top) "Who We Are" and Clink "Kids Help Phone 101. Read the different sections to find out about Kids Help Phone. (If you want to listen to this being read, click the sound icon on the right)
Step 10) Click the left arrow to go back to the previous page (Home Page). Clink on the "Resources Around Me " box. Find the resources available to youth in your community, or near by community.
