FAA Part 107 practice tests

Introduction

This is resource to find and share valid free FAA part 107 practice tests.

Task

by using your own research find a FAA part 107 test that meets these requirements:

1. The test is license free, with no hidden fees or giving up of digital information besides an email for verification.

2. The test is not part of a free evaluation that will only be graded upon accepting enrollment in an online testing school.

3. The test is indeed meant for the USA's FAA testing, not another branch of goverment or country.

4. The test returns you the correct answers for those that you miss.

5. The test is based on the current year, not older outdated test cycles from previous years

A. Bonus if the site allows for multiple tries of the practice test

 

Process

To take a practice test that will confirm with the test that you will take at a proctored testing site will be as follows.

1. You are allowed to ONLY bring in the following items:

a. A simple electronic calculator that does not have a memory function

b. Blank paper and a writing instrument that is supplied by the proctor

c. FAA supplied resource book

2. You are NOT allowed to bring in the following:

a. any electronic devices

b. sectionals

c. hats or any other loose clothing that the proctor deems fit to deny

3. You will be shown to your computer station. It will monitored directly by the proctor at all times. You will shown how to start the test.

4. Once you select start, you have a maximum of two hours to complete the 60 question test. You do not have an option to restart, or retake.

5. Upon completion of your test or the maximum time has expired. The proctor will input their code if they deem the test was taken in a valid way. 

6. You will get immediate results of your test, 70% or better is a passing grade. If you fail you must wait fourteen days before retaking the test.

 

Evaluation

Have a minimum of three of your peers review each found test resource. Once all three agree that the practice test meets the requirements, post it to Google Classroom for AMA/107 for the entire class to have access to.

Conclusion

Questions to answer:

*How many sites that you found where actually click bait once you opened them up? List them.

*How many of the researched sites lead you to another site to gather information?

*Did the .gov sites differ from the .com sites? how? why?

*Why do you think the Part 107 test and resources are such 'hot issues' right now? who is being drawn to these sites?

*How can you protect your identity online? How much are you willing to give up?
