Let's explore the British Renaissance through some important figures of the time: Elizabeth I, Henry VIII and W. Shakespeare -Mrs Caroli

You will be working in pairs( or small groups) to learn as much as possible about three famous people of the English Renaissance Period: Elizabeth I- Henry VIII -William Shakespeare 

You’ll be able to chat with  a Renaissance character

You will work on your assigned person.

You will produce both an oral presentation and an “impossible interview” to this person.( also digitally)

You will be ready to make your character come alive using SPEAKPIC app ( watch the tutorial)or  Bubblerize , or  TALKR  and you can act the part of your character in a video

or you can create a double interview in a I-movie video( strumento “affiancati” - watch the tutorial!)

Try to create a  gossip or curiosities/fun facts magazine about the three characters:  here is a link where you can learn how to create a magazine, you'll find tutorials, too. Choose one of them and create a magazine about  Henry VIII's private life, or  fun facts about Elizabeth I or Shakespeare, that you have found in the thinglink tour or  you have searched in the web, on your own!

After you have explored and used all the apps I suggested,create an e-book (collaborative) where to add everything, 

Don’t forget to include images, subtitles, text and music  and your voice  in your video.

You have to:

1. Explore the online resources related ( thinglink tour) to your famous person using your ipads or pc or mobile phone( audio, video, texts)

2. Now answer the questions about your character ( click here!)

QUESTIONS TO ANSWER

   3) now write a biography( in the third person - no less than 450 words-) . Make sure you include all the answers to the questions and add more relevant information!

   4) prepare a 3- minute oral presentation ( in the first person), giving as much interesting and relevant information about your character!

 5) now you are ready to create your digital presentation!
