Introduction

If you feel anxious most of the time, you are not alone. About 1 in 3 people your age struggles with feelings of worry, fear and panic.  The good news is that are a lot of resources to provide you with effective techniques and information about anxiety.

Task

You are to follow the directions below: 

Explore the web pages to be able to answer the questions, and provide yourself with useful information. 

Please record your answers to the questions on a word document to submit to your teacher.
