Do you know how much you get payed compare to men or women? 

You work more than 8 hours a day but when you realize a women or a men do the same but get payed double the amount you do . What will you do?

What is gender wage gap and how has it affected over the year?

  The gender pay gap is the gap between what men and women are paid. Most commonly, it refers to the median annual pay of all women who work full time and year-round, compared to the pay of a similar cohort of men. 

 The gender gap has changed over time but now is women who are getting payed more then man.

  Much of the gap has been explained by measurable factors such as educational attainment, occupational segregation and work experience. The narrowing of the gap is attributable in large part to gains women have made in each of these dimensions.

  You will create a law on gender wage based .You will use real world example who get payed  more women or men. The graphic organizer will help organize the examples and facts to create your law.

Now you know that gender pay wage gap is a problem women and men work in same jobs for their co worker get payed more than them. Money is money and these people have'd worked for them we need to stop this wage difference. 

 Keep in mind with your co worker check see how much he or she earns compare to you . They need to equality for everything!!!!   ESPECIALLY MONEY ???
