After you have known about history, the factors, and income of Café Amazon and Starbucks Coffee. You will notice Starbucks coffee is opened in 1971, but Café Amazon is in 2002. Starbucks coffee has the story before Café Amazon more than 60 years and they serve more than coffee they select the best quality of coffee to their customers and make the store as a community that you can meet up, chat, or even work. The music you hear in the store is chosen with willing of them. However, even Café Amazon is cheaper than Starbucks Coffee, it has the income more than Starbucks Coffee because they have a lot of branches not only is it in the mall, but it also spreads into almost every PTT gas station, and franchisee. So, the factors that affect their businesses are price, taste, quality of coffee seed, service, location, marketing strategies etc. These things cause them to get the different income that shown through a Bar Graph you made.
