TASK:

1- After doing the previous activities, you should think about the roles of every group member. Remember that you are 4 people:

  • SCRIPT WRITERS: you should write the script of your advertisement all together. In order to do it properly, you should consider the product you want to promote. Therefore, you should describe the product in an attractive way. Don't forget to use adverbs of degree.
  • ACTORS/ACTRESSES: The 4 members of the group will film or record the advertisement in front of the camera or microphone. You must read and remember the script. Practise your role a couple of times in order to perform it right!
  • CAMERA OPERATOR: In case you use https://flipgrid.com/ (use this code: flipgrid.com/enoral4),  one member at a time will  record the advertisement with the video camera on the mobile phone. This communicative situation cannot last more than 3 minutes.

    • However, if you decide to record your voice with https://voicethread.com/, make sure that your voice is audible. This communicative situation cannot last more than 3 minutes.

2- Finally, your task is competed successfully!

Evaluation

In order to assess you, I will use two rubrics posted on the website.

Additionally, I will give you some individual and group feedback.

Conclusion

Finally, you have finished the task! You should feel very confident if you need to plan any advertisement in the future! I hope you have taken in everything we have learnt in this Webquest!

I will correct your advertisement with the rubrics and I will give you some individual and group feedback by email.

Remember that you use adverbs of degree such as very, extremely, simply and so on:

  • to accompany gradable adjectives, adjectives which can have different degrees.

  • to refer to the level or extent of the quality of the adjective it accompanies.
